Report Options
Data Access and Reporting
Your ability to access and report on your data is one of the most important aspects of a CMMS / EAMS. GP MaTe support two internal reporting options, but also permits access from external reporting tools, such a Microsoft’s BI system.
GP MaTe has “out of the box” about 150 standard reports using the Crystal Reports development package. Users can add to or modify these reports and graphs.
GP MaTe also has an Ad Hoc report system that provides for a powerful, but easy to use report creation system. Reports created with Ad Hoc can be setup to directly generate Excel Spreadsheets.
Standard Reports
These menu drivern reports and graphs are created using the Crystal Reports product, and can therefore be customized by the users. Additional reports can be created using Crystal Reports and added to the menu system.
Some of the features of this reporting system are:
Utilizes the power of Crystal Reports for graphs, charts as well as columnar reporting
Reports can be easily exported as PDF, Excel, or other formats
Flexible filters (modifiable) are used to better enable users to select the relevant data
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports can be user setup using templates
Reports can be setup to generate automatically
Ad Hoc Reporting
GP MaTe has a powerful Ad Hoc report system that is designed to enable normal users to create quick columnar reports.
Fields to display can be picked from a pop-up list
Filters can be easily built or reused
Reports can be setup to automatically export to Excel
Reports can be added to the Ad Hoc report menu for reuse
External Access
GP MaTe offers a variety of mehtods for external systems to access the your data.
ODBC and ADO Drivers are included to provide access to many external tools, such as Excel
The GP MaTE server can be configured as a RESTful API WebService
