GP MaTe’s Mobile Applicatioms
There are many functions in GP MaTe that can be performed on mobile devices using the GP MaTe Mobile APP. They are grouped into three subsystemms, Work MaTe, Parts MaTe and Tour MaTe. In Addition you can send and received GP MaTe Alerts and Approve Purchase Requisitions via this APP.
Work MaTe
Using the Work MaTe APP, you can perform most work order management tasks including:
Generating Work Requests via typing or via voice
Planning work while investigating the problem
Entering Completion details for tasks and work order
Reserving and Issuing spare parts
Entering Timecard Information
Parts MaTe
This application provides users with the same functions as the desktop GP MaTe for Spare Parts Inventory Control
Issuing and Returning Spare Parts
Receiving Spare Parts and non-stock materials
Using bar codes for all transactions
Performing Cycle Counts and inventory adjustments
Using Pick Tickets to pre-stage materials
Transferring materials between locations
Tour MaTe
This application supports operator tours where meter readings and other input is collected at specific points in the facility. Included in this functionality is
Setting acceptable ranges for readings and triggering alerts or work requests if out os range
Using Bar Codes to identify the reading location to facilitate data entry
Online review of previous readings to track trends
Reporting of long term trends via graphical analysis
