Task Lists
Tasks lists are user specific flexible displays of actionable inforation.
Flexible – can be setup to display most information in the system
User specific – each user can have their own view and further sort / select their data
Selections to target user’s responsibility and can be displayed for user when they login
Active list – click on an item to go to the next step in the workflow

Work Requests
Work Requets or Problem Reports are an optional first step in a corrective work order workflow
Easy to create – operators can use computers, smart phones and tablets
Automatically routes to supervisors or maintenance staff
System will check to see if problem is already reported – shows list of open work orders for the equipment
Reporter is notified when any actions are taken and when the work is completed

Preventive Planning
The PM Module defines the system’s generation of PM Work Orders
Scheduling by periods (number of days), operating meters, specific dates or pre-planned for outages and shutdowns
Tolerances can be added to provide for a window in which the work can be performed in compliance
Spare parts requirements can be included by tasks and will generate Pick Tickets and reservations
Safety requirements can be added
Automatic generation with flexible look-ahead settings

Corrective Planning
Corrective work orders can start as Work Requests
Supports multiple tasks with task based scheduling
Pick tickets supported by tasks
Links to Purchase requisitions for material or services
Unlimited text for instructions
Inspections and calibrations supported
Drag and drop scheduling onto a calendar with staff assignments

Completion / Updates
Task can be completed separately
Time sheets available to collect actual hours
Parts can be issued from storeroom or at update / close
Materials or services linked to tasks will update costs when received
