Inventory management includes the ability to setup economic reorder levels to ensure that required spares are always available.
Supports reorder logic to autogenerate replenishment purchase requisitions
Multiple suppliers can be identified with supplier part numbers
Order descriptions can include manufacturer part numbers
Order quantities can take into account reservations
Linkage to Assets
GP MaTe updates inventory information based upon usage as well as initial setup. New suppliers are added automatically if the part isordered froma new supplier, for example.
Spare parts linked via the Master Parts Lists
Part serial number tracking is supported
Raw material and blanket purchasing is supported
Repairable assets are tracked via an in-house or external vendor repair process
Issue / Return / Receipts
Tracking the usage of spare parts or ordered materials is simplified in GP MaTe by the use of Pick Tickets, Maste Parts Lists and Bar Coding.
Reserved materials can be quickly issued
Bar code scanning using mobile devices is supported
At receipt, bar codes can be generated automatically for received materials
Pick tickets can be used to stage material for pickup
